Can I request a delivery online?
Yes. Use our contact page to send an enquiry with your journey details. This page does not provide instant booking confirmation or payment. Confirm the arrangements with us before considering the delivery booked.
What if I need an urgent collection?
Call 01512710121 with the pickup postcode, ready time and delivery deadline. Collection within 60 to 90 minutes may be available, subject to location and availability. Please check the timing for your specific journey.
Can I book dangerous goods like a standard delivery?
No. Please contact us before booking any ADR service. Dangerous goods need a separate discussion about the contents and transport requirements. See our ADR dangerous goods page for more information.
Will my goods share a vehicle with other deliveries?
Purple B Logistics uses dedicated vehicles with no co-loading. Your consignment travels directly, without transfers between vehicles.
What if an address is difficult to find or details change?
